Leading Edge provides MapVision® and DropVision® support to our customers with our Service & Support Agreement (SSA), which is purchased in conjunction with our products.
- The SSA includes phone support within twenty-four hours.
- Two hours of phone support per month are included at no charge, along with regular product updates at no charge.
- The goal is to provide a timely solution, supporting goal of completing your work efficiently.
Leading Edge is launching an efficient web based reporting and tracking solution for our customers to advise Leading Edge if an issue arises with their system or to request customized modifications. This web-based tool allows customers to submit, track and see solutions to their request.
