Associates of Leading Edge: William “Bill” Reynolds Bill launched an independent consulting business, Leading Edge Associates (LEA), applying twenty-four years of expertise in all areas of mosquito control operations, aerial agricultural and forestry technology, distribution, manufacturing, and software design. Over the last two-years LEA has developed three advanced software and hardware technologies that have achieved overwhelming success in just eighteen months (see Product Portfolio).

Bill Reynolds began his career with ADAPCO, INC. in 1986, developing and implementing a marketing plan and serving as a Sales Representative to carry forward the marketing plan. His success led to the establishment of a subsidiary company focused on the water treatment market. Bill’s talents for marketing and computer technology were then directed into the vector control market. He was assigned the Florida Sales Territory and over several years developed it into the largest, most profitable sales area. Here also, Bill’s computer technology background was focused on the development of sophisticated monitoring equipment to control aerial and ground based insecticide applications. This technology was the basis for the Wingman GX, Monitor and GeoFlow products. Bill holds two patents and served as the Florida Mosquito Control Association President and Board member from 2005-2009.

Bill managed the Technology Division and the research and development of future technology. Corporate focus on technology was directed toward the conversion of technology into a proprietary position for saleable products and systems closely associated with insecticides. Under Bill’s technology management the Company became the clear leader in technology application. In 2005, Bill was promoted to Chief Operating Officer where he managed the growth of four business units, Contract Services division, ADAPCO Environmental Solutions division, ADAPCO Technologies division, and ADAPCO’s core distribution business. Bill obtained his BA from the University of Central Florida in 1985.
