As principal and founder of Leading Edge, Bill leverages his experience in the development of technologies and fieldwork with Leading Edge’s customers in the Vector, Aerial, Agricultural and Forestry industries. His primary focus is directed toward DropVision® and MapVision®, technological development, field trials to include GPS/GIS imagery, Droplet analysis and Data Management Systems. Bill contributes to Leading Edge’s sales, customer relations and product development. Bill received his B.A. from the University of Central Florida.

Mike joined Leading Edge in 2009. In addition to developing sales and business opportunities, Mike is actively involved in Project Management, marketing, and operations. Mike received his undergraduate degree from The University of Arizona and his MBA from The University of Central Florida. Additionally, Mike has participated in several Vector related courses to include the USAF’s Aerial Application Course, Helicopter Aircrew Water Survival Course, and Various PAASS/Operation SAFE Meetings.

Allan McCormick ~ Chief Programmer

Allan’s experience in the software industry has been diverse, ranging from work with GIS/GPS systems, military weapon systems, satellite communications, simulators, and avionics. Allan provides Leading Edge with programming expertise to refine and develop DropVision® and MapVision’s® into distinctive, industry leading products. Allan studied at Seminole Community College and The University of Central Florida. He currently holds his B.S.E., Computer System Engineering certification.

Greg Parrow ~ Programmer

With experience and proficiency in multiple applications and languages, Greg provides strong abilities in custom programming powering Leading Edge. Greg’s experience includes project management, programming and development of the Monitor 4TM, GeoflowTM, and GeotrackerTM systems. Additionally, Greg was instrumental in the development of the JWARN system (Joint Warning and Reporting Network), an early warning system while working with Northrop-Grumman Corporation. Greg received his B.S. in Computer Science from The University of Central Florida.

Carlos Gonzalez ~ Software System Manager

Carlos’ extensive background in Information Technology and Customer Service further extends the capabilities of Leading Edge’s products. He contributes to Leading Edge’s delivery, installation and training of our products with his knowledge of, electronics repair, circuit board design, electrical circuit design, PC repair, software design, database management and equipment production management including quality control. Additionally, Carlos provides field services and management with Leading Edge’s DropVision® and MapVision®, technologies. Carols received training at TechSkills and T.T.I. with CompTIA A+, MCSE, and Electronics Repair. He also obtained Network Administrator, SQL, DBA from Seminole State College.

Allen Wooldridge ~ Consultant

As the founder and former President of ADAPCO, Inc., Allen contributes tremendous experience in the vector control field to include R&D and marketing of products to the mosquito abatement customer base. Allen’s experience and skills with products, sales, manufactures, customers and strategic and tactical business management provide invaluable insight and perspective to Leading Edge. Allen received his B.S. Entomology and M.S. Entomology from the University of Maryland. Allen is a member of American Mosquito Control Association (AMCA), Governor’s Pesticide Review Board, AMCA Industry committee Chairman and recipient of the AMCA Industry Award in 2006.
